Mango Peach Smoothie - A Bright, Creamy Blend for Any Day

Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 14 minutes
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango, fresh or frozen (diced)
  • 1 cup peach, fresh or frozen (sliced; peel if you prefer)
  • 1 small banana (for creaminess; optional but recommended)
  • 3/4 to 1 cup liquid (milk of choice, coconut water, or orange juice)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or regular; dairy or plant-based)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, adds warmth)
  • Ice, as needed (especially if using fresh fruit)
  • Pinch of salt (optional; sharpens the fruit flavors)

Method

  1. Prep the fruit. If using fresh fruit, peel and dice the mango, and slice the peaches. Frozen fruit can go straight into the blender.
  2. Add the base ingredients. In a blender, add mango, peach, banana, yogurt, and 3/4 cup of your chosen liquid.
  3. Flavor and balance. Add vanilla, a small pinch of salt, and sweetener if your fruit isn’t very ripe.
  4. Blend until smooth. Start on low, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds. If it’s too thick, add a splash more liquid. If it’s thin, add a few ice cubes or more frozen fruit.
  5. Taste and adjust. Check sweetness and texture. Add a touch more honey, a few ice cubes, or extra liquid to get it just right.
  6. Serve cold. Pour into chilled glasses. For a little flair, top with a peach slice or a sprinkle of chia seeds.
