Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon cubed, seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger optional
  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes as needed

Method

  1. Prepare the watermelon

Cut watermelon into cubes and remove seeds if needed. Add to a blender.
  2. Add ingredients

Add lemon juice, mint leaves, ginger, and water or coconut water.
  3. Blend

Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Strain (optional)

Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture, or skip if you prefer pulp.
  5. Serve

Pour into a glass over ice. Garnish with mint if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Always taste your watermelon first. If it’s bland, your juice won’t magically fix itself. Add a little honey if needed.
  • Don’t skip lemon. It balances the sweetness and makes the juice taste fresh instead of flat.
  • Go easy on ginger. A small amount adds a nice kick, too much ruins the vibe.
  • Chill your ingredients before blending. Cold juice hits completely different in summer.
