Prepare the watermelon
Cut watermelon into cubes and remove seeds if needed. Add to a blender.Add ingredients
Add lemon juice, mint leaves, ginger, and water or coconut water.Blend
Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.Strain (optional)
Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture, or skip if you prefer pulp.Serve
Pour into a glass over ice. Garnish with mint if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Always taste your watermelon first. If it’s bland, your juice won’t magically fix itself. Add a little honey if needed.
- Don’t skip lemon. It balances the sweetness and makes the juice taste fresh instead of flat.
- Go easy on ginger. A small amount adds a nice kick, too much ruins the vibe.
- Chill your ingredients before blending. Cold juice hits completely different in summer.
