Fill a large glass with ice.
Add 1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice to the glass.
Pour in 1 to 2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar. Start with 1 teaspoon if you’re new to ACV.
Squeeze in 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh lemon or lime juice (optional, but brightens the flavor).
Add 8 to 10 ounces cold water or sparkling water and stir gently.
Taste and, if you like, stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (or a few drops of stevia) to soften the tartness.
Garnish with mint or a cinnamon stick if you want a little aroma.
Sip right away.
