
Hello and welcome to SnacknStretch! I am Pratiksh Patel, the foodie writer of this blog.
This blog started as a simple idea, sharing the kind of vegetarian recipes I actually eat and enjoy in my daily life.
I’m a sportsperson, so food for me has always been more than just taste. It’s about energy, recovery and staying consistent with what I eat. But at the same time, I’ve always been a foodie. I don’t like boring meals, and I don’t believe healthy food has to feel like a compromise.

I’ve been cooking since my teenage years. Back then, it was mostly quick and simple recipes, things I could make easily. As I got older, I started experimenting more with full meals, trying different combinations, and honestly, messing up quite a few times along the way. But that’s how I learned what actually works and what doesn’t.
Over time, I’ve built a strong preference for vegetarian meals, especially salads. As an athlete, salads are a regular part of my routine, and I’ve spent a lot of time figuring out how to make them not just healthy, but genuinely enjoyable.
My Vision

SnacknStretch isn’t about complicated cooking or perfect recipes.
My goal is simple, to share practical, easy-to-follow vegetarian recipes that you can actually make in your day-to-day life.
