I love food. I love fitness and I refuse to treat them like enemies.

I’ve been there. That’s exactly why I built this space to make things simple, practical and actually doable.
Why I Started SnacknStretch
At one point, I kept seeing two extremes everywhere.
On one side, people said, “Eat whatever you want.”
On the other side, people said, “Cut everything fun.”
Neither felt realistic.
I wanted balance. I wanted food that tastes good and supports my health.
I wanted workouts that fit into real life, not routines that take over it.
So instead of overcomplicating things, I started focusing on what works long term
